Clearing your energy fields is something that everyone can do from the comfort of your own home. In this blog posting I will explain three different methods that can help clear out your energy fields without any additional teachings or training. They are very simple and easy to use, so don't over complicate the methods, but rather be open to the clearing process that unfolds. Lets get started!

Tip #1: Start by taking a day and literally clearing out all physical areas of your life. It is like a spring cleaning but on a much deeper level. Don't just clean out your home, but go the extra step and clear out your garage, basement, attic, storage units, work space, car, and so on. How is this going to help clear your energy fields? Good question! We live and work in these areas and our energy fields absorb all of this energy that you are around. If you are around clutter, stagnant energy and negative sources in these areas these energies are slowing seeping into your basic energy fields! Clear out the junk and clutter and you clear out the building stagnant energy that you are picking up without even knowing it!

Tip #2: Take a cleansing shower! I am not just talking about a regular shower, but one where you get into the shower and simply just enjoy the water as this washes over your physical body and basic energy fields. The power of water is cleansing and healing in so many ways. This can help flush out basic lower energy problems and can even heal rips and tears within your energy fields. Want to take this up a notch? Enjoy the cleansing water of a fresh rain shower or the mist and water from a local waterfall. Focus on the water and enjoy this refreshing energy while you visualize this clearing out the problem areas from your energy fields.

Tip #3: Connect in with Mother Earth and the Universal Source and allow the clearing and healing to begin. You do not need to be attuned to any energy format to do this work. You simple need to work with your intention and focus this at your crown chakra and feet chakras. Allow your crown chakra to connect in with the Univesal Source and allow your feet chakras to connect in with Mother Earth. Pull the energy from both sources and allow this to meet at your solar plexus chakra point and expand outward to all of your basic energy fields for a good clearing process.
